Mediterranean flavor. Chef Jordà arises from the need to offer a cuisine from a more personal point of view, more delicate and focused on making known the dishes and products of traditional Mallorcan and Mediterranean cuisine revisited, using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients and quality products.
My proposals reflect the passion for the use of different culinary techniques ranging from the most ancient to the most modern with the aim of extracting the full potential in each elaboration.

I was born on the island of Mallorca and grew up in an orchard where my parents grew all kinds of vegetables and raised animals.
We consumed fresh eggs, milk and meat from the slaughter: sobrasada, camaiot and botifarrons. I have my own garden of aromatic and wild edible plants. I gather mushrooms, asparagus and olives, I make preserves and ancestral recipes, such as grape syrup, olives trencades or extra virgin olive oil.
After more than 28 years in the world of cooking professionally, my passion and interest is to work with seasonal, km0 and organic products offering an authentic and proximity experience.
