Portixol Hotel
2004-2015: Start as sous chef at the Hotel Portixol, in Palma.
2015-2019: I open the Palma Sport and Tennis Club as Head Chef, belonging to the Portixol Group. I specialize in healthy cuisine, fish and rice dishes. During this period, I manage the VIP area of the annual event and “Legends Cup” attended by up to 450 people daily.
2019-2023: I return to Hotel Portixol as Head Chef, supervising also the Palma Sport and Tennis Club and supporting Hotel Valluga in St. Anton, Austria.
Mallorca Live Festival
2023: During the three days of the Mallorca Live Festival, I serve tapas and finger food in the “Premium Zone” at the Hotel Portixol stand, serving approximately 300 people a day with tapas and finger food.
Previous experience
I worked in 5 star hotels such as Gran Hotel Son Net and Marriott's Son Antem and in several restaurants in Barcelona.

We take special care in the presentation of our cuisine, using wild flowers and flowers from our small garden that bring color and delicacy to the dishes, and innovative techniques, such as dry ice that will surprise your guests.
